A complete beginner and yoga sceptic aged 60, I didn't find it easy at first, but with Linzi's help and encouragement I can honestly say my flexibility and core strength has improved significantly. As well as a regular group class, I love my weekly 1:1 session with Linzi at my home. Linzi is an excellent teacher and her classes are a real mix of abilities and ages, shapes and sizes, where all poses can be modified according to level of fitness and ability. Linzi’s class caters to all experience levels, as a complete beginner she made me feel welcome and at ease. My first class Linzi introduced herself to me, asked me about my yoga background if any and made sure to find out of any limitations/injuries I may have of which she has been conscientious during the classes, advising me if a pose is going to be more difficult for me.
